1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Rustic Paradise website, creating a booking, or utilizing our guest portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by administration. Specific cancellation policies apply to your reservation based on the chosen property (Makasembo, Milimani, or Kakamega). Please review your booking receipt for exact check-in and check-out times.
3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to treat the properties with respect. Any damages to the property, unauthorized parties, or disruption to neighboring residents may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund, and additional charges for damages.
4. Digital Portals & Community
Our Guest Portals and Community Hub are provided as conveniences. Users agree not to post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content within the live chats, forms, or community forums. Administration reserves the right to remove access to digital tools for any user violating these rules.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rustic Paradise Apartments is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to guest property that occurs during the stay, unless directly caused by gross negligence on the part of the administration.
